When it comes to a patient's financial experiences, I've seen it all—the good, the bad, and the ugly. It's critical that patient finances are handled properly, or you may run the risk of ruining their entire chiropractic experience.

Simon Sinek wrote a book called, Start with Why. In his book, Sinek discusses how some people operate their businesses backward. Most people start with "what" service they are offering, then "how" they offer the service, and, lastly, "why" they provide the service.

Leading Your Team To Greatness

I believe in setting goals, personally and professionally. When it comes to my professional goals, it's not about me; it's about my team. When we focus only on ourselves, it does little to help your team or business grow. As a leader, it is my responsibility to set the bar, inspire, and motivate our team to greatness.
