Oh Canada! Similarities and Differences Between Canadian and American DCs

For over 150 years, the United States and Canada have been friendly neighbors. In fact, the father of our profession, D.D. Palmer, was bom in Pickering, Ontario, Canada. The United States has a population of 310 million while Canada has a population of 35 million people, which is about the same population of California. The case is closed and you never see her again, or you may see her again, but it’s due to another personal injury case. It’s just one of many holes that need to be tilled in the leaky bucket of client retention.

FEATURE

Personal Injury Protection for Your Practice

For some doctors, taking on a personal injury (PI) case is like speculating in oil futures—it’s either going to be boom or bust. PI cases can represent a lucrative profit center for a chiropractor. Most auto PI cases involve mainly soft tissue injury, which is right in the chiropractor’s wheelhouse.

From the Director’s Desk

Car accident victims can have their quality of life dramatically diminished compared to what it would have otherwise been had they not been a participant of an accident. Chiropractors have been found to be very effective attending to accident victims, as patients, to help with the soft tissue recovery that is required to limit the damage that may persist.
